Restricted: for reproduction and licensing rights, contact copyright holder. New York Governor Nelson Rockefeller delivered an address, followed by a closed circuit telecast of addresses by the President, Vice President, and other party officials. Also included in the menu is another removable print of Abraham Lincoln from a painting by President Eisenhower (1953), based on a black and white photograph from 1863 by Alexander Gardner. The covers of the menu are tan faux leather, embossed on the front with the Presidential Seal of the United States.
