Eerie tales lurk in the dark, as legends and lore come to life in the woods of Old World Wisconsin. Tonight the veil is thin between this world and the next. What is real, and what is a legend? Explore the Crossroads Village after dark. Venture into the dark of the woods. Scattered around the village are performances and storytelling, along with games and spooky fun. With map in hand, you'll move around the site, encountering different storytellers and performances. Warm up with drinks and sweet treats, hear live music, or shop in the Museum Store before heading home through the darkness.

Know before you go:
Gates open at 5:30 p.m. Final entry at 8 p.m. This event takes place solely in the Crossroads Village. The rest of the site is closed. Trams will not be running during the event. Wear good walking shoes and dress for the weather. Lighting is low. No outside food or beverage. This event will be held rain or shine but may be canceled or postponed due to severe weather. Restrooms are available. The museum store will be open. Food and beverage will be available for purchase.

This event is hosted in collaboration with Kettle Moraine School for Arts and Performance.
