(Rep.), born Mondovi, May 24, 1928. Educated Devaney rural school, Mondovi High School. Graduated Univ. of Wisconsin Agricultural Short Course. Active farmer since 1946. Veteran of the Korean Conflict; served in Army artillery. Devaney 4-H Club leader 1946-51; president West-Central Jersey Cattle Club 1955-57. Elected to Assembly in 1960; re-elected 1962. Member of Assembly Committees on Agriculture and on Public Welfare; vice chairman Assembly Labor Committee. Served on Legis. Council Water Resources Com.
