The Endres Manufacturing Company Foundation provides financial support to local organizations and nonprofits in order to help make Dane County a better place to live, work, and play.

The emphasis of the Foundation is threefold:

1. To help people in the community meet their basic needs through programs such as food pantries and shelter programs, family support systems, and quality of life activities.
2. To improve the educational and environmental resources in the community including schools, libraries, literacy projects, scholarships, natural resource protection, parks, and historic preservation.
3. To support that arts and the impact they have to touch people's hearts and souls, emphasizing greater access to the performing arts forall members of the community including concerts, plays, art shows, dance recitals, and museum exhibits.
