Servicemen's Honor Roll Plaque
Wooden plaque commemorating 24 Mendota Hospsital employees who are "In the Service of our Country" Plaque was presented by Mendota Hosptial employees Local 13. Standing l to r are: Fred Mundon, Steve Clark, president of Wisconsin State Employees Association and Locxal 13, and Joseph Kozminski, treasurer of Local 13. Jack Welch, head carpenter at the Hospital and member of Local 13, designed the plaque and donated the eagle which was removed from an old style secretary which was used in the old Wisconsin state capitol building. |
